Easter EGGstravaganza | March 19th
Join the Easter Bunny for egg-citing activities including egg scrambles for 30,000 pieces of candy! Plus more egg-cellent activities for the whole family, like face painting, special enrichments for the animals, and of course the zoo! Don't forget to invite your friends.
Eagle Trail EggXtravaganza | March 19th
A community Easter egg hunt along the Boise River Greenbelt will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM. The event will start where Eagle Road meets the Boise River at 600 S. Rivershore Lane in Eagle. Trail EggXtravaganza, will allow children and families to find eggs and win prizes. In addition, there will be activities such as coloring, face painting, bean bag toss, and more!
Capital Community Egg Hunt | March 26th
A free family event with thousands of candy-filled eggs, a live kids show, skydiving Easter bunnies, jump houses, food trucks and a mascot dance off with the Easter Bunny! The first show starts at 11 AM, followed by the 1st round of egg hunting. Skydiving Easter Bunnies will get to the park at approximately 12:30 PM. The second kids show starts at 1 PM, followed by the second round of egg hunting.
39th Annual Easter Egg Hunt | March 26th
the Meridian Optimist Club will be holding its 39th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. It will be held at the Meridian Elementary School. The hunt will begin at 11 AM, inviting kids ages toddler through 10 to participate. The field will be divided into four lanes, one for each age group. The hunt will being when the fire truck and police sirens go off!
Pool Easter Egg Hunt| March 26th
Come enjoy a new way of hunting Easter Eggs. You'll have a challenge looking for eggs hidden in the pool. There will be a prize for each egg found. So "hop" on in and don't forget to bring a plastic bag to collect your treasures! The event is for children 12 and under, ages 5 and under at 1 PM, ages 6-8 1:30 PM, ages 9-12 at 2 PM.
Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt | March 26th
The race is on! Search for candy filled easter eggs, in the dark! Enjoy live music and super fun entertainment at the Nampa Rec Center! This event is for ages 13-17 and begins at 8 PM and ends at 9:30 PM. Make sure to bring your own bag and flashlight, pay at the event. Who says Easter is only for little kids?
2016 St. Patrick's Day | Boise, Idaho
St. Patrick's Day is March 17th. Time to head to your favorite watering hole and enjoy an Irish beverage or two. Here are a few places that will have Irish music, entertainment and awesome drink specials.
Irish Pub - Downtown Boise
Ha' Penny Bridge Pub has been hosting the traditional main St. Patrick's Day festivities in downtown Boise for years. This year is no different except its all weekend! Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and the official day Tuesday, March 17th, you can join in the fun by rocking green beers and Irish food favorites. Plan to arrive early as crowds start picking up as early as 4pm!

McCleary's Pub is hosting a four day St. Patrick's Day party March 14th-17th at both of their Orchard and State Street locations in Boise, Idaho. Both locations will be hosting live music, drink specials, free Irish faire food, and giveaways.

Spend the week hacking, tinkering and creating using electrical engineering principles. Explore the new Center. Make new science friends! Take apart simple household items and rebuild them in a different form. Convert a light-up card into a hat with lights or hack a notebook with LEDs and sound. Maybe even make an alarm for your bedroom door! For Grades 6th-8th, register now!
