The MK Nature Center
This FREE attraction boasts opportunities for exploration and education! Here you will have the chance to walk through the visitor center which is packed full of information from the Idaho Fish and Game Department about our state and the wildlife it contains. The visitor center has a handful of life-size animals that have been preserved for your enjoyment. The grizzly bear is sure to catch your eye and astonish as you stand right next to it! Outside of the visitor center is a lovely nature walk. The path will take you over bridges where the fish below are easily seen in their natural habitat. The rest of the walk has designated learning spots, where you can stop and read about the different stages of a fish's life, while also getting to see it first hand. Take the time to try out this hidden gem in the middle of our wonderful city .

World Center for Birds of Prey
The World Center for Birds of Prey is a conservation for raptors that houses the Peregrine Fund, an organization that dedicates its time and money to the preservation of birds of prey. You can visit the birds, take part in hands-on activities and sit in on presentations.
