If you are one the few that didn't know, Moon's Kitchen Cafe is the home of Boise's Best "World Famous Milkshakes".
In 1955, as the legend goes, Moon's Lunch opened in the back of Moon's Gun(s) and Tackle shop, a popular Boise sporting goods store run by Bernie and Cid Moon.
The rest of the story consists of five decades of great food, unique gifts and the Best Milkshakes.
