The Association of Idaho Cities and Idaho Values Youth Partnership is actively engaged in assisting Idaho communities in creating a positive and nurturing environment for all children and youth in Idaho.
Idaho's Promise Objectives
To support youth and Idaho children by:
Enhancing community awareness of the Five Promises and the available resources.
- Enhancing the involvement of youth as active participants in asset-development efforts
- Increasing the number of "Communities of Promise" that will benefit from the asset-building approach
- Building a sustainable infrastructure to support long-term societal change
- Planning events and opportunities to share the positive impact of this model with key constituents and policymakers.
