HypnoBirthing - Saint Alphonsus
You can now attend Hypnobirthing classes in Boise at Saint Alphonsus Family Center. In this five week course you can learn self-hypnosis relaxation techniques to reduce fear and tension, long labor pain and achieve a relaxed birthing delivery within an alert state of mind and body.

Boise Hypnobirthing Classes
You can learn how to create and control your body's natural anesthesia to remain awake and alert through the birthing experience. Both birthing companions will receive instruction on how the mother's body is designed to work in neuro-muscular harmony with nature throughout labor. The course is also intended to identify roles for birthing companions including role play practices with deep relaxation techniques during and between uterine surges.

Also included is a private hypnosis session for each couple in the fifth session in this class. The private session can be scheduled at your convenience. The Hypnobirthing class includes textbook, tapes, and both the ABC's of Early Pregnancy and Breastfeeding for Beginners classes. These childbirth preparation classes are provided at no additional charge for participants of the Hypnobirthing instructional courses.
