The Saint Alphonsus 2008 Festival of Trees is a Boise and Treasure Valley tradition for over twenty years with more than 40,000 attendees annually.
The Festival of Trees is held during Thanksgiving week and marks the beginning of the holiday season for many families in Boise.
All year long, more than 250 volunteers including over 500 Treasure Valley businesses and individuals plan the Festival of Tress.
They give their time, talent and wealth to sponsor the Festival's fantastic trees and wreaths.

With strong Boise community and Idaho corporate support, the Festival of Trees has raised more than $5 million for community healthcare since 1984.
Although Boise is one of the smaller cities hosting a Festival, it ranks third in the U.S. in per capita net revenues and numbers of volunteer participants.

Through the past 24 years, the Festival of Trees beneficiaries have included the Eye Institute, Orthopedics, Neurology, Cancer Care, Life Flight and Trauma Services, Mobile Health Services, Cardiac and Rehabilitation Services, Telehealth, and Robotic Surgery.
