Fall for Boise Kick-off The Grove September 3rd
A free family event to celebrate the local art and culture of Boise. Many local bands will be present and there will be activities for the kids, as well as drinks and food provided by vendors. Don't miss this kick off event for the Fall for Boise season.

Harvest Moon Dinner The Grove September 4th
A six course dinner to celebrate local farmers, food, and wine. Local chefs create meals using local foods and wine, creating fresh, delicious food. Live entertainment and an auction will add to the flavor of the evening. All proceeds will go to the Treasure Valley Food Coalition and CCPM arts programming. Come support your community.

Jazz on the Grove The Grove September 10th
Jazz on the Grove is a free concert and is a signature event for Fall for Boise. Food and refreshments can be purchased by vendors as the sounds of jazz fill downtown Boise.

Art in the Park Julia Davis Park September 10th - 12th
Come join the 59 new artists to the 56th annual Art in the Park, sponsered by the Boise Art Museum. This event features local artists, beers and wines, jazz featuring the Boise Philharmonic, and many other fun activities.

Annual Harvest Classic Fun Run Nampa Recreation Center September 18th
Come and join the fun in the 26th Annual Harvest Classic Fun Run. There will be many types of races, prizes, entertainment, vendors, school competition, and food. Proceeds will go to the Nampa Parks and Recreation Department Scholarship Fund and the purchase of P.E. equipment for local schools.

Lend Me a Tenor Boise Little Theatre September 3rd - 18th
A tale of mistaken identidy, innuendo, and plot twists, Lend Me a Tenor is a comedy that has been translated into several countries and performed worldwide. Support your local performers with a fun-filled attendance to this popular comedy.

6th Annual Sun Valley Spiritual Film Festival Sun Valley Opera House September 17th - 19th
The purpose of the Sun Valley Spiritual Film Festival is to celebrate human spirituality in film and offer the chance for the public to engage with these film's makers and spiritual leaders.

Hyde Park Street Fair Camel's Back Park September 17th - 19th
The Hyde Park Street Fair is a celebration of one of Boise's oldest neighborhoods. Join the thousands of people each year who attend this three day event and enjoy live music, local and regional arts and crafts, food, and much more.

Musical Movies Egyptian Theatre September 19th
Come and see live musical performances to some of the silver screeen's classic black and white comedies. Featuring the films "Dog Shy", "Grandma's Boy", and "The Scarecrow", there are sure to be many smiles faces bundled with laughter.

The Color Purple Morrison Center Septermber 25th & 26th
The Color Purple is the story of Celie, a poor and uneducated black woman who, through the powers of will and love, overcome her adversities to find happiness. With a score featuring jazz, ragtime, gospel, and blues, this musical plans to take the novel and movie further, incorporating the unspoken power of music to further fuel this emotional tale.

Autumn Romance Morrison Center October 2nd
This concert features the excellent and world renown piantist William Wolfram and features works from Strauss, Liszt, and Tchaikovsky.

Boise Promenade Festival All Over Boise October 7th - 9th
This 3 day festival will contain local and out-of-town acts that will be performed in eight of Boise's performance venues. In addition to great music, panel and discussion boards will be present and more.

Rorem's Our Town Egyptian Theatre October 8th & 10th
A three act opera, Our Town is the first opera adapted from Thornton Wilder's play of the same name. Sung in english, this play covers the beginning of life, maturity, and death.

A Night at the Movies Morrison Center and Swayne Auditorium October 22nd - 23rd
A Night at the Movies is a tribute to one of the well known musical composers in Hollywood, John Williams. Williams has composed many of Hollywood's most memorable music featured in movies like Star Wars, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Indiana Jones.

Fall for Boise Finale The Grove October 23rd
A finale for this years Fall for Boise celebration. This free event will be filled with music, dance, poetry, and many other surprises.

Star Wars Morrison Center October 23rd

In the near future, in the Morrison Center, which isn't too far away... Star Wars. The Boise Philharmonic will perform iconic peices from the film's and costumes are encouraged. May the Force be with you.

Baroque! BSU Special Events Center October 22nd - 24th
Join Ballet Idaho for an evening of ballet set to Baroque music of the 18th century. Each of the three ballets is a demonstration of how this music, which is simple yet elegant, can be diverse in it's possibilities.
